If I could just add another advice from one of the World’s best CEO, Howard Schultz; that you shouldn’t depend so much on the applicant’s resume. He also said that when you realized that you’ve hired someone whom you don’t see fit, it’s okay to cut your losses and move on. I think what’s important for him is you have to think of what’s always great for your business.
